Experienced Social Workers and Qualified Child Practitioners, within Child and Family assessments, Social Work Services and Supervised Contacts.
We are open 7 days a week and designed to reach out in different communities where families are empowered to select a safe and appropriate venue/location that they wish to spend time with their children and the view is to create flexibility. Some of these venues can include family homes, places of Worship, hospitals, schools, shopping centres, leisure centres, Cinemas, play centres or Parks provided that the chosen locations are safe and appropriate for the children.

Families First Contacts Limited is a Child and Family Supervised Contact Service that covers all London Boroughs including the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, Hackney, Newham, Islington, Barking and Dagenham, Camden, Greenwich, Waltham Forest or Redbridge.
Families First Contact Limited was incorporated on 24 January 2024 with a registration of 15440172. On 27/08/2024, Families First Contacts Limited was officially accredited by the National Association of Child Contact Centres (NACCC - Member No. 1840/4) and our aim is to provide an Outreach Based Community service without a designated base/contact centre.
